The opportunity

We’re looking for an enthusiastic Business Support Administrator to join our Zurich Private Clients (ZPC) team. In this role, you will play a key part in delivering excellent customer service by processing enquiries from our High Net Worth brokers and providing day‑to‑day support to our market underwriting team. If you’re organised, proactive and enjoy working collaboratively, this could be the perfect next step for you.

What you’ll be doing

  • Providing day‑to‑day administrative support to ensure team and business objectives are met.
  • Delivering excellent customer service by understanding customer needs and responding effectively.
  • Handling telephone and electronic enquiries from customers and accurately inputting details into our underwriting and support systems.
  • Supporting the wider ZPC team with non‑routine tasks where required.
  • Sharing knowledge across the team by providing coaching and training to colleagues.
