We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Broker Relationship Manager to join our team on a 12-month fixed term contract. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and developing new and growing broker relationships. This role requires a strategic thinker with exceptional interpersonal skills and a deep understanding of the insurance industry.
Key responsibilities:
- Management and development of new and growing broker relationships.
- Development responsibility for broker panel; account size and complexity may vary.
- With minimal supervision, responsible for delivery of own sales and business performance targets.
- Work with all brokers on panel to educate and implement new initiatives, drive pipeline and support sales campaigns and marketing.
- Identify actual and potential customers or intermediary needs and match them with appropriate products and propositions.
- Complete a granular evaluation of the broker panel to drive maximum share of wallet.
- Achieve the required standard for completion of all essential business tools.
- Implement the Zurich distribution strategy and objectives through all allocated brokers.
- Carry out presentations and sales training for new product launches.
- Collaborate with underwriters and the wider business to provide brokers with a market-leading service proposition.

- In-depth knowledge of market dynamics, product details, and technical aspects of the UK General Insurance market.
