Overview
Working hours: This role is available on a part-time, job-share or full-time basis (Monday to Friday). Location: Leeds (Hybrid working, minimum 50% office based). Closing date for applications: 22 September 2025. Please note that these positions will commence in November 2025.

What you’ll be doing
- Analysing and underwriting new and existing business for SME clients.
- Building relationships with brokers and intermediaries through live chat, phone calls, and our trading platform.
- Providing an outstanding service experience for both customers and stakeholders.
- Managing your own workload while supporting your colleagues to achieve team goals.
- Taking ownership for delivering quality, timely insurance solutions.
- Sharing your ideas for improvement—your feedback helps us work smarter and more efficiently.
