- Personaleinsatzplanung, Personalführung und die damit verbundene Sicherstellung der Umsetzung von Arbeits‑, Umwelt- und Gesundheitsschutz
- Erstellung von Aufmaßen und Vorbereitung der Projektabrechnung
- Planung des Materialbedarfs und notwendiger Nachunternehmerleistungen
- Überwachung der Kostenentwicklung und Arbeitsleistung
- Abwicklung von Bauvorhaben und Sicherstellung der Projektdokumentation
- Ansprechpartner für unsere Kunden, nehmen Termin vor Ort wahr und kontrollieren dabei den Bauablauf und die Bauergebnisse
- Korrespondenz und Abstimmung mit Auftraggebern, Behörden, etc.
- Das bringst Du mit
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Tiefbau oder anderen Baudisziplinen
- Führerschein (mind. Klasse B)
- Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Sicher im Umgang mit MS Office
- Hohe wirtschaftliche und lösungsorientierte Denkweise, Teamfähigkeit sowie Zuverlässigkeit runden Ihr Profil ab!
