We’re looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to join Zuno and take ownership of our performance marketing activity across paid search, paid social and affiliate channels.
This is a hands‑on role for someone who knows performance marketing inside out, enjoys working with data and wants to have a real impact on growth, efficiency and customer acquisition.
What you’ll be doing
You’ll take ownership of our day‑to‑day performance activity, while working closely with Product, UX, Data and Creative teams to continually improve results. You’ll be involved in:
- Managing end‑to‑end paid search and paid social campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta, Tik Tok and other relevant platforms.
- Managing our affiliate channel and identifying opportunities to introduce new channels.
- Analysing campaign performance and turning data into clear, actionable insights.
- Working with Product, UX, Data and Design to improve campaign performance and customer journeys.
- Developing and testing creative, ad copy, bidding strategies and landing pages through A/B and multivariate testing.
- Identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, scale campaigns and drive growth.
- Using automation and scripting to make campaign management more efficient.
- What we’re looking for
You’ll have around 4+ years’ experience in performance marketing, PPC, biddable media or a similar role, with a strong track record of managing campaigns at scale.
We’re particularly interested in people with
- Strong hands‑on experience across Google Ads, Meta Ads and Microsoft Ads.
- A strong understanding of paid search and paid social.
- Excellent analytical and data interpretation skills.
- Experience using data to make decisions and improve campaign performance.
- A proactive approach and genuine interest in keeping up with changes in the performance marketing landscape.
- Strong communication skills and confidence presenting performance and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
- A testing mindset and a focus on continuous improvement.
This is a hands‑on role with real ownership.
