What you’ll do

We are looking for a driven, dedicated and passionate Installation Planner to join our fast‑growing team who would like to be part of the team making Zuno an international household name. As an Installation Planner, you will play a fundamental part in supporting our growth and ambition by engaging with our engineers and customers and assisting in any scheduling issues which may arise.

  • Remotely assist engineers with their diary management and workload.
  • Communicate clearly with engineers and customers offering solutions, recommendations and reassurance.
  • Monitor and action any planning issues that may arise.
  • Build relationships with different teams within the company.
  • Be reactive, engaged and forward thinking.

Who you are

  • Have excellent customer service skills.
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
  • Computer Literate (the role will require you to use a range of Microsoft/Google software).
  • Ability to work well under pressure.
  • Clear and effective communication skills.
  • Well organised and friendly.
  • Confident personality.
