Role Overview

We are seeking a highly organised, proactive and adaptable Compliance Business Analyst to support the ongoing development and administration of Zuno’s compliance framework and governance activities. Reporting to the Senior Risk & Compliance Manager, the successful candidate will play a key role in coordinating compliance activities, maintaining governance records, supporting monitoring and assurance programmes, and helping operational teams embed compliance requirements into day‑to‑day processes. The role combines compliance administration, stakeholder coordination, reporting and operational support. The successful candidate will act as a central point of contact for compliance‑related activities, helping ensure policies, controls, regulatory obligations and governance requirements are effectively communicated, implemented and maintained across the business. Flexibility is essential and the role will support a variety of business initiatives and may assist across wider governance, risk, quality and health & safety activities as business priorities evolve.

Compliance Administration & Governance

  • Support the day‑to‑day administration of the Compliance function and wider governance framework.
  • Maintain compliance framework, action logs, governance trackers and regulatory records.
  • Coordinate policy reviews, approvals and document management activities.
  • Support the preparation of management information, dashboards and governance reporting.
  • Assist with regulatory, partner and internal audit information requests.
  • Maintain accurate records of compliance activities, monitoring outcomes and remediation actions.
  • Support the administration of compliance training records and competency tracking.

Monitoring, Assurance & Reporting

  • Assist with the delivery of compliance monitoring, quality assurance and control testing activities.
  • Coordinate monitoring schedules, evidence gathering and reporting requirements.
  • Support thematic reviews, customer journey assessments and process audits.
  • Track findings, recommendations and corrective actions through to completion.
  • Analyse data and trends to identify emerging risks, process weaknesses and improvement opportunities.
  • Produce routine compliance reporting and management information for stakeholders.

Operational Compliance Support

  • Act as a point of contact for operational teams seeking compliance guidance and support.
  • Support with the implementation and embedding of policies, procedures and regulatory requirements.
  • Assist with awareness activities relating to compliance obligations and governance standards.
  • Help ensure customer‑facing processes align with regulatory expectations and internal controls.
  • Review complaints, feedback and operational incidents to identify potential conduct or compliance risks.
  • Work collaboratively with all teams to promote a positive compliance culture.

Continuous Improvement & Business Support

  • Support the ongoing development of governance frameworks, policies and operational controls.
  • Contribute to projects designed to improve compliance effectiveness, operational efficiency and customer outcomes.
  • Support the Risk & Compliance function objectives with ad‑hoc reviews, investigations and business initiatives.
  • Take ownership of administrative and coordination tasks to ensure compliance activities are delivered effectively and on time.

Health & Safety Support

  • Support the Health & Safety Advisor with the administration and maintenance of health and safety records, documentation and registers.
  • Assist with tracking actions arising from audits, inspections, incidents and risk assessments.
  • Support the coordination of training records, monitoring completion of health and safety actions and corrective measures.
  • Promote awareness of health, safety and wellbeing initiatives across the business and encourage reporting of hazards, incidents and near misses in line with company procedures.

Skills & Experience Required

  • Strong organisational and administrative skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Experience maintaining records, trackers, reports and management information.
  • Ability to analyse information, identify trends and support problem solving.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong working knowledge of Google suite and task management tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Previous experience within a compliance, governance, risk, quality assurance, administration or business support role is desirable.
