At Zuno, we're building a network of skilled engineers who can access work and grow their businesses through our platform. We know that building strong, long-term relationships with our engineers is key to creating a successful and engaged network. We're looking for a relationship-focused and proactive Account Manager to take ownership of a portfolio of engineers within a designated territory. You’ll act as their main point of contact at Zuno, building strong relationships, understanding their needs and ensuring they continue to get value from working with us. This is a varied role that combines relationship management, customer retention and commercial awareness. You'll have ownership of your own territory and portfolio, giving you the opportunity to make a real impact on the experience and success of the engineers you manage.
What You'll Be Doing
- Acting as the main point of contact for your engineers and building strong, long-term relationships
- Regularly engaging with engineers to understand how they're getting on and identify any challenges or opportunities
- Ensuring engineers remain active, engaged and continue to access work through the Zuno platform
- Identifying opportunities to strengthen and grow relationships across your portfolio
- Promoting relevant Zuno products, services, rewards and opportunities where appropriate
- Gathering feedback and insights from engineers and sharing these with the wider business to help improve our service
- Monitoring the engagement and retention of your portfolio and taking proactive action where needed
- Taking responsibility for delivering against agreed performance and retention targets
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in Account Management, Customer Success or Relationship Management
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- A proactive and organised approach, with the ability to manage multiple relationships at once
- Strong problem-solving skills and a solutions-focused mindset
- Commercial awareness and the ability to identify opportunities to grow customer relationships
- The confidence to have conversations over the phone and build relationships remotely
- The ability to take ownership and work independently while collaborating with the wider team
