Zünc Studio is looking for a London-based CGI Producer who thrives in a fast-paced creative environment. The role sits at the heart of the studio, at the centre of communication between clients and our creative team. The producer keeps complex projects moving, upholding high standards throughout the process. The position is full‑time, onsite at our London office between Angel and Old Street.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Respond quickly and warmly to clients, solving problems and providing clarity from initial contact to final delivery.
  • Maintain inbox and facilitate communication calls as needed.
  • Represent the studio as friendly and helpful, setting firm boundaries when required.
  • Work with clients to understand project needs, define scopes of work, and draft production schedules using spreadsheets.
  • Own the financial side of production: create accurate quotes, handle invoices, and ensure no errors leave the studio.
  • React to project changes, providing additional quotes and updated schedules promptly.
  • Anticipate needs of clients and the team before they are asked, communicating proactively.
  • Coordinate the internal design team, ensuring clarity around expectations, deliverables, and deadlines at each stage.
  • Interpret feedback, communicate tasks and timelines to the design team, track progress, and provide guidance.
  • Maintain tidy internal file structures and prepare deliverables by gathering, renaming, and packaging files for client delivery.
  • Carry out detailed quality checks on all outgoing work to meet the studio’s standards.
  • Source and book suitable freelancers, communicating requirements, confirming availability and rates, and keeping them informed of changes.
  • Navigate new project management tools, and seek ways to improve efficiency for self and the team.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

We aren’t strict about experience – if you have spent some time in a production, operations, or project‑management role in a creative workplace, you are encouraged to apply. Having 3+ years in a similar CGI studio (Cinema4D, Octane) is a bonus, but a right mindset and willingness to learn new skills are equally important.
