Zünc Studio is looking for a London-based CGI Producer who thrives in a fast-paced creative environment. This role sits at the heart of the studio - you'll be at the centre of communication between clients and our creative team. We'll rely on you to keep complex projects moving, and to help uphold our high standards throughout the process. We are a small team but work with some of the world’s biggest brands, and our dream producer knows how to get the best out of designers and clients alike. The role is fulltime, onsite at our London office which is between Angel and Old Street.

QUALITIES

  • Genuine curiosity - you want to know how everything works.
  • Interpretation - comms can be messy and misleading, so you don’t just copy & paste feedback - you think critically and read between the lines to understand what is actually needed.
  • Proactive by nature - you're the person who quietly prevents crises before anyone notices.
  • A keen problem solver – when the unexpected does hit, you switch into ‘escape room mode’ - collaborative, sharp, and energised by the puzzle rather than paralysed by the pressure.
  • High ownership mentality – you see your role as making the whole studio run better, not just completing your own task list.
  • Friendly and approachable – you are a social person with a positive approach to work.
  • Highly organised – meticulous about process, with a high level of care and attention to detail.
  • Excellent with time management – capable of keeping tabs on all outstanding tasks and the people assigned to them, with a sharp instinct for spotting delays early.
  • Self-managing under pressure – you don't wait to be steered through a busy week, and you instinctively check in on the people around you.
  • Good with numbers – you like spreadsheets and generally understand how a project (and business) makes or loses money.
  • Passionate about creative work – excited to help bring ambitious, design-led projects to life!

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Respond quickly and warmly to clients throughout the production process, solving problems and providing clarity from first contact to final delivery.
  • Stay on top of your inbox, but also be happy to jump on a call to facilitate easy communication.
  • Represent yourself and the studio as friendly and helpful, but be comfortable setting firm boundaries when required.
  • Work with clients to understand project needs, helping define scopes of work, and draft production schedules using spreadsheets.
  • Own the financial side of production, creating accurate quotes based on the project needs, handling invoices, and ensuring nothing leaves the studio with an error.
  • Be reactive to changes throughout the project, providing additional quotes and updated schedules in a timely manner.
  • You anticipate what clients and the team will need before they ask, investigating and communicating proactively rather than waiting to be prompted.
  • Help coordinate the internal design team, ensuring clarity around expectations, deliverables, and deadlines at each stage of production.
  • Help interpret feedback, communicate tasks and timelines to the design team, track progress, and support with guidance and answers along the way.
  • Maintain tidy internal file structures, and prepare deliverables by gathering, renaming, and packaging files for client delivery.
  • Carry out detailed quality checks on all outgoing work to ensure it meets the studio’s standards.
  • Source and book suitable freelancers by clearly communicating project requirements, confirming their availability and rates, and keeping them informed of any changes.
  • Comfortable navigating new project management tools, and interested in finding ways to improve efficiency and productivity for yourself and the rest of the team.

HOW TO APPLY

Zünc Studio is a small, tight-knit team who care deeply about the quality of our work and the way we work together. Things move fast, the work is ambitious, and we hold high standards. If that excites you rather than worries you, you'll fit right in.

We aren’t that strict about experience - if you've spent some time working in a production, operations or project management style role in a creative workplace, don’t be shy. Having worked 3+ years in a similar CGI studio to ours (Cinema4D, Octane) would be a big bonus, but honestly, having the right mindset and willingness to learn new skills is as important.
