- Strong Customer Service skills with a focus on creating a positive guest experience.
- Clear and professional Communication skills for interacting with guests, coworkers, and management.
- Experience or familiarity with Food & Beverage operations, including basic knowledge of drink preparation and hygiene standards.
- Competence in Cash Handling, including accurate processing of payments and reconciliation of tills.
- Bartending skills, such as mixing drinks, serving beverages efficiently, and managing bar stock.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, family-oriented environment and stand for extended periods.
- Attention to detail, reliability, and strong time-management skills.
- Previous experience in hospitality, events, or leisure venues is beneficial.
