Reporting into the Global Head of Brand + Communications, this role is for someone who lives and breathes hospitality, understands luxury lifestyle audiences, and knows how to turn restaurants into brands people want to be part of. From social storytelling and content direction to partnerships, PR, launches and digital campaigns, you’ll be at the centre of shaping how Zuma shows up across some of the world’s most exciting cities. This role is based 5 days in our London Head Office, with international travel across Europe when required.

- Lead the day-to-day management of localised social channels, including content creation, copywriting, publishing and community management.
- Create culturally relevant content that captures the energy of Zuma both online and offline.
- Identify trends, moments and opportunities that keep the brand feeling current, elevated and ahead of the curve.
- Campaigns + Partnerships

- Support location-specific marketing initiatives that drive awareness, reservations and guest engagement.
- PR + Communications
- Manage regional PR agencies and press activity across the market.
- Coordinate media visits, influencer experiences, interviews and editorial opportunities.
- Shape brand messaging and ensure all communication feels aligned, premium and unmistakably Zuma.
- Digital + CRM
- Work closely with the Global CRM Manager on regional email campaigns and guest communications.
- Collaborate with digital partners on paid campaigns, website updates and performance optimisation.
- Ensure all third-party listings and digital touch points reflect the brand to the highest standard.
What We’re Looking For

- Someone who understands that great hospitality marketing is about feeling, not just posting.
- Confident managing multiple projects, markets and stakeholders in a fast-moving environment.
- Exceptional communication and copywriting skills.
- A naturally collaborative person who builds strong relationships across teams and markets.
- Passion for restaurants, travel, nightlife, food culture.
At Zuma, we move fast, think creatively and operate globally. This is an opportunity to join one of the world’s most recognised hospitality brands and help shape what comes next.
