We have a fantastic opportunity for a Systems Administrator to join our group of luxury restaurants. With restaurants in both London and the United States, the role gives the chosen candidate the opportunity to develop their knowledge on a global scale.
The main duties will be to assist and support the Purchasing Department with the administration of the procurement system and EPOS database for the company across our global sites. Other key responsibilities are:
- Prepare, compile and sort documents for data entry
- Check source documents for accuracy
- Verify and correct data where necessary
- Enter data from source documents into prescribed software systems as required
- Transcribe information into required electronic format
- Check completed work for accuracy
- Respond to requests for information and provide access and information as requested
- Troubleshoot any system technical issues on behalf of the restaurants
- Have a seamless understanding of the systems and their reports
The key skills required for the role are:
- Previous experience with procurement and/or EPOS systems
- Excel competency β pivot table level
- Previous hospitality experience an advantage
- Excellent attention to detail
- Effective communication
- To be flexible in your approach, work as a team player and to carry out any other tasks as reasonably requested to do so
