We are currently recruiting for an experienced Reservations Agent to join the Zuma family at the Support Office in Central London on a FULL TIME basis.

Zuma is a contemporary Japanese izakaya restaurant with a modern twist on the traditional style of informal dining. Using the best ingredients combined with the knowledge and respect for authentic Japanese cuisine, Zuma has established itself as a world renowned restaurant.

Candidates should have:

  • Previous experience within a similarly high end, high volume hospitality environment in London
  • An excellent command of English, both spoken and written
  • A friendly and professional telephone manner are essential.
  • Knowledge of the Quadranet Reservation System is preferred, however training will be provided to the successful candidate.

This role demands outstanding customer service skills, balanced with an informal approach and welcoming personality. As the first point of contact for the restaurant, the successful candidate must have a vibrant and engaging personality.
