We are currently recruiting for a Night Senior Production LeadChef to join the Oblix family, located on the 32nd floor of The Shard.

Rainer Becker, the creative force behind London’s Zuma and Roka, brings you Oblix in the iconic Shard. Set against a magnificent city skyline on the 32nd floor, Oblix offers a contemporary, sophisticated yet relaxed dining experience. Stir the senses as you enter the main dining room trough the excitement of the kitchen; or head to the bar for world class cocktails in the ambience and energy of the lounge.

As Night Senior Production LeadChef you will be responsible to manage production operation. You will ensure the highest standards of food preparation and delivery, as well as effective communication across the kitchen.

As the ideal candidate you will have the following:

  • Previous experience working in a similar high end, fast pace kitchen environment
  • Passion and desire to prepare food of the highest standards
  • Be able to effectively manage, motivate and lead a team
  • Be a clear communicator and enjoy being part of a team

5 NIGHT SHIFTS FROM 12.30AM TO 9.30AM / 45 HOURS PER WEEK
