Zuma Restaurant is seeking an experienced Project & Systems Manager for a 1-year contract to lead their HR and Payroll system implementation. The role involves acting as a liaison between the restaurant group and the systems provider, ensuring timely and structured updates throughout the project.

The ideal candidate will have relevant project management experience in the hospitality sector, preferably with knowledge of Fourth Hospitality systems. The position is based in central London and may require travel to various restaurant locations.
