Together, we offer world-class experiences, unforgettable moments and inspiring opportunities for people to connect with wildlife. This is your chance to step into an exciting commercial role where your ideas, creativity and experience will help drive success across two truly extraordinary visitor destinations.

Join ZSL's dynamic marketing team and help showcase the unique experiences our zoos offer, inspiring more people to connect with wildlife and support our mission to protect wildlife and restore nature.
As Marketing Executive, you'll help plan and coordinate marketing communications across paid, owned and earned channels, building awareness of the unique experiences on offer at both zoos, inspiring audiences to get closer to wildlife and driving ticket sales for daytime visits and commercial events. Working closely with colleagues across ZSL, our creative partners and our media planning and buying agency, you'll have the opportunity to bring innovative thinking and creativity to a varied programme of marketing campaigns. Your ideas and efforts will directly contribute to achieving our commercial objectives, supporting ZSL's vital conservation work.

- Creative content: Create and edit engaging content, coordinate creative assets with external creative partners, and write compelling copy for paid social media and web.
- Project management: Manage deadlines and approvals, ensuring creative assets and copy are accurately proofed, reporting and billing are delivered on time, and coordination between ZSL, agencies and external partners runs smoothly.
- Ticketing and sales: Coordinate and brief ticketing setup with in-house technical teams, including testing, sales tracking and reporting.
- Project support: Represent Marketing and Visitor Experience in ZSL projects, agency meetings and with external marketing partners. Contribute to ad-hoc projects, including competitor analysis, and provide essential team administration support, including budget updates and purchase order management.

- A passion for marketing, with a creative and proactive approach to developing new ideas, campaigns and promotions.
- Proven experience planning, managing and delivering multi-channel marketing campaigns across online and offline channels.
- Excellent copywriting skills, with experience creating engaging, SEO-optimised content for websites and other digital channels.
- Experience managing creative projects with agencies and freelancers, including briefing, feedback, amends, quality checking and approvals.
- Strong analytical and commercial skills, with experience evaluating campaign performance, interpreting business data and making data-led recommendations.
- Excellent project management and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns, build effective stakeholder relationships and balance competing priorities.
This role is subject to standard pre-employment checks, including confirmation of your right to work in the UK. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
