Role
We are looking for a Senior Partner Business Manager to join our team. This is a remote role in the UK, reporting to the Director, Partner Sales in the Alliances & Channel department. You will join a global group of professionals passionate about nurturing trusted partnerships and sharing expertise to drive a secure, cloud-enabled digital future. By demonstrating the power and agility of Zscaler cloud transformation, you will help cement our position as the world leader in cloud security.
What you’ll do (Role Expectations)
- Align with account teams and technical resources to identify customer accounts for partner development
- Collaborate with partners to drive go-to-market success plans and engagement strategies
- Support co-sell opportunities with region-specific partners
- Engage technical and field enablement resources to support sales teams and partners
- Identify and qualify partner prospects that align with business goals
- Drive net new logo acquisition through our partner network

What We’re Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)
- Foundational understanding of AI/ML technologies and experience leveraging, securing, or positioning AI-driven solutions to optimize outcomes within your functional domain
- 8+ years of experience in channel sales within a SaaS-based software company
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience combined with fluency in English
- Proven ability to manage complex deals and sales processes
- Strong expertise in business/territory planning and sales strategy alignment
What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Experience utilizing AI-driven market intelligence, CRM analytics, or predictive partner scoring tools to identify high-propensity co-sell opportunities and optimize regional territory planning
- Strong record of exceeding or meeting sales targets through direct sales or specific campaigns targeting net new logos with partners
- Demonstrated strong skills to influence sales teams, acting as advisor and escalation point
- Experience driving year on year revenue growth with a partner
