We are looking for an experienced SDR Campaigns Lead to join our Digital Marketing team. Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager of Campaign Operations, you will be responsible for:
- Campaign Management & Collaboration: Act as the primary liaison between sales development representatives and cross-functional marketing teams. Align with SDR leadership on business objectives and execute by creating compelling content, targeting the correct personas, and infusing campaigns with appropriate messaging. Work independently to manage SDR outbound campaign calendar, prioritise campaigns, and regularly update stakeholders on progress and outcomes.
- Campaign Optimisation & Performance Analysis: Conduct A/B tests on Outreach sequences to deliver strong email performance, analyse sentiment and performance data to maximise positive responses, develop and refine objection-handling content in order to address common challenges.
- SDR Content Strategy & Library Management: Lead the strategy, creation, and optimisation of all SDR Outreach content for the EMEA region. Develop high-performing sequences, templates, and snippets that follow best practices to achieve high conversion rates. Regularly organise, audit, and maintain content library to ensure all messaging, links, and attachments remain current and usable.
What We’re Looking for (Minimum Qualifications):
- Proven experience in campaign management, content strategy, and stakeholder collaboration within a sales or marketing organisation.
- Must have 2-3 years of experience in SDR Campaigns.
- Must have experience working across different countries in EMEA and have a strong understanding of cultural nuances.
- Must be proficient in (Outreach, Google Sheets, Lusha, Zoominfo, Salesforce).
What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Excellent communication and organisational skills to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities effectively.
- Strong analytical skills to conduct performance analysis and optimise content/campaigns accordingly.
- Familiarity with tools such as Outreach.io, marketing automation platforms, and CRM systems.
