Role

We are looking for a Principal Product Specialist (AI-SPM / DSPM) to join our team. This is a remote role with a preference for candidates based in the United Kingdom or major European metropolitan areas such as Amsterdam or Frankfurt, reporting to the Sr. Director WW Field PM for DSPM. As a key member of the Data Security Product Organization within the DSPM Field PM team, you will drive the technical and commercial success of our DSPM solutions across the EMEA region. You will act as a critical bridge between our customers and the product organization, ensuring our platform evolves to meet real-world security challenges while empowering our field teams to win.

What you’ll do (Role Expectations)

  • Drive the sales strategy and execution for the DSPM product suite specifically for our EMEA customer base.
  • Lead and manage the end-to-end Proof of Concept (PoC) process for DSPM opportunities to demonstrate technical superiority and business value.
  • Serve as the primary technical resource for deploying DSPM solutions during the PoC phase to ensure seamless integration and performance.
  • Act as the definitive voice of the customer, synthesizing field feedback to directly influence and improve the DSPM platform roadmap.
  • Enable and educate the broader Zscaler field team to effectively position and sell DSPM solutions within their accounts.

Who You Are (Success Profile)

  • You thrive in ambiguity and are comfortable building the path as you walk it, seeing uncertainty as the raw material to build something meaningful.
  • You act like an owner with a fierce bias for action, navigating between high-level strategy and hands-on execution to ensure the mission succeeds.
  • You are a learner with a true growth mindset, constantly seeking feedback and developing your skills to become a stronger partner and teammate.
  • You are customer-obsessed and build deep empathy for both internal and external stakeholders to ensure their success remains our primary anchor.
  • You are a pragmatic builder who is obsessed with iterating and shipping, never afraid to roll up your sleeves to build the first version yourself.

What We’re Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)

  • Deep expertise in infrastructure deployment within at least one major public cloud environment, specifically AWS, Azure, or GCP.
  • Proven professional experience in a technical, customer-facing role such as a Sales Engineer, Solution Architect, or Product Manager.
  • Exceptional technical sales expertise combined with the communication skills necessary to engage effectively with sophisticated enterprise customers.
  • Subject matter expertise in Data Security Posture Management (DSPM), Data Security, or cloud security projects like CNAPP.
  • Demonstrated ability to create and deliver high-impact Proof of Concept presentations that clearly communicate complex technical value to a business audience.

What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

  • Advanced domain expertise specifically within the DSPM landscape.
  • Familiarity with or a strong aptitude for working with Network File shares within Data Center environments.
  • Hands-on familiarity or the ability to quickly master Gen AI infrastructure platforms including AWS Bedrock, Azure AI Foundry, or Google Vertex.
