We are looking for an experienced Regional Director to join our Sales and Go-to-Market team. Reporting to the Regional Vice President, you will be responsible for:
- Recruiting, hiring and developing world-class sales talent, building development plans for each sales rep, and coaching and motivating the sales team to overachieve on targets.
- Understanding and solving customer pain points through Zscaler's unique value proposition.
- Being the GM of your business and creating a plan for success, while accurately forecasting business monthly/quarterly/yearly.
- Acting as executive sponsor for key partners to create joint plans, generate pipeline and drive opportunities to closure.
- Fostering a culture that embraces DE&I.
What We Are Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)
- 5+ years of full-cycle sales management experience within the software or security industry.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Progressive selling experience engaging with accounts and selling at the C-Level.
