Responsibilities

  • Acting as a trusted advisor to UK/I senior leaders by supporting organizational design, performance management, employee engagement, and talent development initiatives and collaborating with stakeholders to drive key people projects, ensuring alignment with the company’s growth objectives.
  • Partnering with P&C Centers of Excellence to manage bi-annual reviews for performance, promotions, and compensation, whilst overseeing initiatives related to employee engagement, development, and legal compliance to maintain an exceptional employee experience.
  • Ensuring full adherence to local labour laws, regulatory standards, and organizational risk management across the EMEA region and guiding People Relations in addressing employee relations cases, grievances, and conflicts effectively and compliantly.
  • Leveraging P&C data analytics to track trends, measure success, providing clear reporting on workforce trends, compliance metrics, and representation activities to stakeholders.

What We’re Looking For (Minimum Qualifications)

  • Fluent English language skills (written and verbal) are essential.
  • A Bachelor\’s degree (or equivalent) in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required; a Master\’s degree is preferred.
  • 8+ years of progressive experience in HR roles.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of labour laws and regulations within EMEA.

  • Proven technical skills in labour relations, negotiation, conflict resolution, and compliance management.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management abilities with experience in executing HR strategy at a senior level.
  • An analytical mindset with strong data interpretation and reporting skills.
