As the Manager of Technical Success Management, you will lead a team of Technical Success Managers (TSMs) dedicated to our top-tier accounts. You will be a pivotal leader ensuring that our largest customers realize the full value of the Zscaler platform through strategic guidance and technical excellence.

What You Will Do
- Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and mentor a team of Technical Success Managers to deliver high levels of customer satisfaction, retention, and measurable growth.
- Strategic Planning: Communicate and execute account strategies and adoption plans aligned with Zscaler’s customer post-sales journey.
- Executive Engagement: Engage directly with service owners and C-level executives within the customer base to address critical business and security requirements.
- Market Impact: Organize biannual User Groups with key customers in the UK to elevate Zscaler’s brand impact and drive market awareness.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Product Management to provide feedback on customer requirements, ensuring solution delivery aligns with client needs.
What We’re Looking For (Minimum Qualifications)
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or similar customer-facing roles.
- Leadership: 5+ years in a leadership position focused on managing and developing high-performing teams.
- Proven Results: Demonstrated success driving customer adoption, renewal, and satisfaction within assigned regions.
- Relationship Management: Proven experience building executive-level relationships and serving as a senior escalation point for complex customer challenges.
- Analytical Skills: Strong ability to identify trends, forecast behaviours, and create data-driven strategies.
What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Industry Expertise: Experience managing customer relationships in a B2B SaaS environment, specifically within cybersecurity or cloud services.
- Technical Depth: Solid understanding of networking and security technologies, including familiarity with cloud computing solutions.
- Certifications: Industry-recognized certifications such as CISSP, CCNP, CCIE, or Network+.
- Cloud Proficiency: Advanced certifications from major cloud providers (AWS, Google, or Microsoft).
