Zscaler is seeking a Senior Recruiter to join our People & Culture (Talent Acquisition) team in the United Kingdom. You will own end-to-end hiring for EMEA, building high-calibre pipelines and collaborating with VPs, Directors and hiring managers to forecast demand and shape candidate profiles.
You'll source proactively via LinkedIn Recruiter, talent maps and targeted campaigns, maintain 2–3x pipeline coverage per role, and drive efficient, data-driven interview processes.
