Job Overview
The EMEA Regional Benefits Lead will own and evolve the benefits strategy across the EMEA region, reporting to the Global Head of Benefits. This role focuses on designing comprehensive benefit programs that attract, retain and engage talent while aligning with company goals and local regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and govern benefits programs across EMEA to support talent attraction and retention.
- Leverage AI and data analytics to evaluate benefit utilization and recommend strategic improvements.
- Build and maintain relationships with brokers, consultants and vendors to secure competitive offerings.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations in all EMEA countries and adapt to changing legislative requirements.
- Develop communication strategies that enhance employee engagement and clarity around benefits offerings.
Minimum Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience managing employee benefits programs, primarily in EMEA.
- Deep knowledge of EMEA-specific benefits legislation and market practices.
- Proven track record using technology and data analytics for benefits planning and decision‑making.
- Strong analytical and financial modeling skills with the ability to present business cases.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach across diverse teams.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience at a fast‑growing global technology or professional services company.
- Advanced degree or certification in HR, benefits (e.g., GRP, CEBS).
- Familiarity with Workday or a similar HRIS platform.
