We are looking for a Director, Solutions Consulting to join our team. This is a remote role based in the UK (London), reporting to the VP, Solutions Consulting EMEA. We're looking for an exceptional leader to lead and grow our Solutions Consulting organisation for the UKI. You will lead our existing sales engineers and align closely with the Regional Sales VP, Area Sales Directors, product management, and engineering to help close deals and execute strategic solutions for customers and partners.
What you’ll do (Role Expectations)
- Recruit, mentor, and develop the sales engineering team covering the UKI
- Refine and scale the core sales engineering processes such as discovery, technical qualification and proof-of-concept
- Work with sales leadership and clients to design, create and present business solutions to increase client revenue growth
- Develop solution and customer proposals, product and solution demonstrations
- Collaborate with a variety of internal functional areas to ensure solutions are implemented and supported in-line with client expectations

What We’re Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)
- Extensive leadership experience in sales or systems engineering, specifically directing and managing a sales engineering team
- Demonstrated experience of mentoring, coaching, and developing technical talent
- Strong technical background in network security technologies, including HTTP, proxies, firewalls, SSL/IPsec, VPNs, DLP, and SaaS solutions
- Proven track record of success working with Large Enterprise customers across the region
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to drive customer relationships and deliver high-impact presentations
