Role
We are looking for a Director, Regional Marketing UKI to join our team. This is a Hybrid role, reporting to the VP Marketing, EMEA based in our London office. Spearheading the marketing strategy across the United Kingdom and Ireland, you will lead a high-performing team to drive pipeline creation and brand awareness, ensuring all activities align with both regional requirements and global EMEA goals.
What You’ll Do (Role Expectations)
- Lead the comprehensive marketing plan for the UKI region, encompassing demand generation, Account-Based Marketing (ABM), events, partners, and thought leadership.
- Drive pipeline creation and progression for new logos and customer expansion using an account-centric, outcome-focused approach.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with sales leadership by delivering high-performing programs and providing strategic insights.
- Develop a partner-sourced pipeline through integrated co-marketing, clear communication, and partner enablement.
- Lead and develop the UKI marketing team while strengthening brand presence through executive-level programs and cultivating customer advocacy.

- Foundational understanding of AI/ML technologies and experience leveraging, securing, or positioning AI-driven solutions.
- Extensive marketing experience in field-based roles within global B2B SaaS or the cybersecurity industry.
- Demonstrated track record of driving pipeline generation and revenue influence for enterprise-level SaaS solutions.
- Extensive experience in Account-Based Marketing (ABM), executing high-impact events, and running programs tailored for CXOs.
- Data-driven approach to marketing with a constant focus on pipeline metrics and ROI.
