- Support live product demonstrations and dedicated Solution Demo Center environments, collaborating closely with senior Sales Engineers during active co‑selling cycles.
- Setup, manage, and troubleshoot active sandbox or lab environments while creating reusable technical assets and instructional documentation.
- Drive the execution of partner enablement programs by facilitating formal onboarding tracks, technical training events, and interactive workshops.
- Partner with international colleagues across the global Solution Center to provide seamless cross‑regional support and map technical architectures to client requirements.
- Operate as a high‑integrity team player prioritizing collective success over individual accolades, actively sharing and absorbing candid, respectful feedback to cultivate organizational trust.
- Maintain a customer‑centric focus, developing genuine empathy for external clients and internal stakeholders to ensure every technical solution addresses genuine business challenges.
- Advocate for clarity by breaking down dense architectural concepts and complex user requirements into streamlined, actionable frameworks as an articulate communicator.
- Exhibit a dedicated growth mindset and appetite for continuous self‑improvement, routinely seeking mentorship and feedback to elevate technical capabilities.
Qualifications

- Possession of an undergraduate degree or a demonstrated equivalent track record of practical hands‑on experience.
- Availability and willingness to undertake occasional regional travel up to roughly ten percent of the time.
Preferred Qualifications
- Practical familiarity with modern generative AI environments or utilizing automated workflows to streamline lab deployments and technical problem‑solving.
- Early academic or professional exposure to edge security frameworks, including Secure Web Gateways, Zero Trust Network Access, Data Loss Prevention, or Cloud Access Security Brokers.
