The Role
At Zscaler, our Customer Success Organization is a global, customer-focused team dedicated to delivering high-impact experiences and identifying innovative solutions. We are looking for a Director of CS Enablement to lead our enablement team serving our Technical Success, Professional Services, and Support organizations. You will be responsible for equipping our global teams with the skills, knowledge, and tools to excel in their roles and drive customer outcomes. You will lead a high-performing team of Enablement Program Managers and Instructional Designers to deliver innovative training solutions across the globe.

Responsibilities
- Define and Lead Enablement Strategy: Establish and execute a global enablement strategy aligned with organizational goals.
- Build and Scale Enablement Programs: Oversee the development of scalable learning initiatives, including New Hire Onboarding, Product Training, Bootcamps, and Technical Enablement.
- Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and grow a high-performing team of Enablement Program Managers and Instructional Designers.
- Leverage Data for Continuous Improvement: Utilize data-driven insights and feedback to refine programs, address skill gaps, and improve program effectiveness.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with CS Leadership, Product, and other cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with key business objectives.
What We’re Looking For (Minimum Qualifications)
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in managing teams and delivering enablement & training programs.
- Leadership: Proven track record of strategic leadership in a global, high-growth environment with an outcome-driven focus.
- Domain Expertise: Deep expertise in networking, security, and/or cloud industries.
- Execution: Exceptional project management skills with the ability to deliver complex efforts under tight deadlines.
- Communication: Strong presentation and storytelling skills tailored to both technical and executive audiences.
