We seek a creative and energetic Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team for a Fixed Term 12 month Contract. Step into a dynamic recruiter role where you’ll own the full hiring lifecycle—from market mapping and sourcing through to offer and onboarding—while influencing hiring strategy across the business. This is a chance to build deep stakeholder partnerships, elevate candidate experience, and directly impact organisational growth. A large part of the focus for this role will be hiring “Tech” Talent (Data and AI engineers etc) so enthusiasm and experience in that area will be important.

What You’ll Do

  • Proactively identify, engage, and attract top‑tier talent across experienced hiring pipelines, bringing a consultative and creative sourcing approach.
  • Own and manage end‑to‑end requisitions within the ATS, ensuring a seamless, high‑quality hiring experience aligned to best practice.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to shape sourcing strategies, design effective interview processes, and deliver exceptional hiring outcomes.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, providing insight‑led talent acquisition guidance aligned to business priorities.
  • Build and nurture a strong, future‑ready talent pipeline through continuous market mapping and meaningful candidate relationship management.
  • Leverage data and insights to track performance, report progress, and influence hiring decisions with stakeholders and peers.
  • Continuously gather feedback from stakeholders and new hires to drive ongoing process improvements and elevate hiring quality.
  • Lead and contribute to team knowledge‑sharing initiatives, helping to upskill and elevate recruiting capability across the function.
  • Drive innovation in talent acquisition by testing new ideas across sourcing, candidate experience, interview design, and automation.
  • Contribute to broader recruiting projects and strategic initiatives that enhance team performance and impact.

What You’ll Bring

  • 4+ years of relevant recruiting experience required (professional services/consulting, investment banking, Technology, private equity experience strongly preferred).
  • Ability to communicate and establish relationships with all levels of management and employees.
  • A team player with excellent organizational skills. You will also have proven collaborative approach.
  • Ability to multi‑task in a fast paced, rapidly‑changing environment with a problem‑solving mindset.
  • Proven skill in providing a value added “Talent advisor” consultative service.
  • Strong project management and stakeholder engagement experience.
  • A passion for and experience in hiring Technology talent.
