What You'll Do

• Partner with life sciences and biotech organizations to develop and execute data‑driven strategies across the product lifecycle, from R&D to commercialization.
• Engage in large‑scale RWD and Evidence Generation projects leveraging data science and advanced analytics services to support better patient outcomes and accelerate drug discovery and development.
• Manage project teams in the design, development, and delivery of client deliverables with focus on growth regions across the US.
• Provide scientific and methodological direction for observational research, retrospective and prospective RWE generation.
• Supervise execution of projects within a matrix environment, including coordinating project activities, participating in client‑facing project meetings, providing guidance and leadership when analyzing research findings, developing results presentations and recommendations, and validating Evidence deliverables.
• Innovate and assist in the development of high‑quality client deliverables in a timely manner such as presentation slide decks, technical reports, briefing books, conference abstracts, and manuscripts for publication.

What You'll Bring

• MBA / PhD / MD from a top university strongly preferred but not essential, with a record of strong academic performance.
• Approximately 6‑8+ years of prior management consulting experience in life science industry management consulting particularly in designing and executing secondary use data studies (SUD) or observational studies.
• Client management experience with VP and C‑suite executives.
• Record of successful and continued business development.
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in oral and written form.
• Strong decision‑making skills and the ability to influence others.
• Analytic problem‑solving skills, with an ability both to see the big picture and delve into details.
• Excellent organization & planning skills.
• Fluency in English.
• Client‑first mentality.
• Intense work ethic.
