What You’ll Do:
- Support development of global and local market access strategies across product lifecycle stages
- Assess payer environments (e.g., NHS, insurers, HTA bodies) and identify barriers to access
- Develop pricing strategies and architectures across markets
- Analyse competitor pricing, reimbursement benchmarks, and contracting dynamics
- Support payer negotiations and access strategy decisions
- Build compelling value propositions that demonstrate clinical and economic benefit
- Translate complex data into clear, payer‑relevant value stories
- Support alignment with HTA and reimbursement requirements
- Conduct analysis of coverage policies, formulary positioning, and access restrictions
- Assess reimbursement risks and access barriers for new and in‑market assets
- Use claims, pricing, and market data to generate insights and inform strategy
- Present recommendations to stakeholders across commercial, market access, and medical teams
- Support project management, deliverable creation, and client communication
- Build strong relationships and contribute to high‑impact consulting engagements
- Coach, lead and mentor junior team members
What You’ll Bring:
- 3+ years’ experience of robust experience in Market Access, Value & Pricing from a Life Sciences Consultancy organization
- Experience leading multiple Market Access, Value Pricing projects simultaneously, being the key point of contact for external and internal stakeholders on pitches, proposals and progress update meetings
- Experience operating on EU/UK centric projects
