We’re partnering with a fast-growing, next-generation digital banking and fintech platform operating in the institutional digital asset space. The business is entering a critical phase of platform evolution and is seeking an Interim UX Lead to own and elevate the end-to-end user experience across a highly regulated, complex banking environment.
The Role
This is a senior, hands-on UX leadership role with true end-to-end ownership. You will define and deliver UX strategy across the full product lifecycle, from discovery and research through to design, testing and implementation. Working closely with product, engineering, compliance and commercial stakeholders, you will ensure the platform delivers intuitive, trusted and scalable user experiences for sophisticated institutional clients.

- Senior UX leadership within digital banking, fintech or financial services platforms
- End-to-end UX ownership across complex, regulated banking environments
- Experience designing for institutional and wholesale users, rather than purely consumer products
- Working understanding of payments, transactions, FX or asset-related workflows
- Proven ability to work closely with product and engineering teams in delivery-focused, agile environments
- Strong grounding in design thinking, user research and service design, with a track record of simplifying complex user journeys
