We are looking for an Interim Group Head of Compliance for a 3-6 month interim assignment. The ideal candidate will have a background within a complex global industrial business. All applicants must be qualified lawyers.

Role Summary:

Reporting to the Group General Counsel, the appointed candidate will lead the development and execution of a global compliance strategy. This individual will be responsible for designing, implementing, and continuously enhancing compliance frameworks and processes, while serving as a trusted adviser to senior leaders across the organisation.

Working closely with the CEO, CFO, and Board members, the successful candidate will have significant visibility and influence within the business. They will provide strategic leadership to the compliance function, with overall accountability for its performance, delivery, and ongoing effectiveness, ensuring the team supports the organisation's objectives and regulatory obligations.

Duration: 3-6 months

Start date: ~September

Working Model: Hybrid, 3 dpw London + International travel

Compensation: Competitive day rate
