We are seeking seasoned board executives (NED\'s / Chairs), who are ex CEO’s / CFO’s / COO’s , to join a fast-growing strategic advisory firm as Interim Advisors. This opportunity is tailored for individuals pursuing a portfolio career who are already sitting as Chairs or Non-Executive Directors on the boards of private equity-backed or publicly listed businesses.
Our client is a fast-scaling advisory firm that works with a range of growth-focused financial services, technology firms, and companies across wider regulated sectors. These organisations are often navigating complex strategic inflection points. Advisors support on a wide range of high-level mandates, from revenue growth, planning and governance to operational transformation and capital events.
What we’re looking for:
• Former CEOs, CFOs, COOs, or equivalent, from large PE-backed or listed FS / Tech / Regulated Industry firms • Individuals already serving as NEDs or Chairs across private or public boards • Proven commercial judgement and strategic insight • Capacity to engage flexibly 2–5 days per month
