Our client is a PE-backed, established fintech bank. The requirement is for a complete reward strategy to be built with the spotlight on the LTIP / equity and cash bonus structure. The assignment would be initial for 12 weeks, on a day rate, outside of IR35, and can be completely remote, with an immediate start.
We require a seasoned interim reward consultant who has a demonstrable track record in the creation to delivery of enterprise reward strategy in PE-backed financial services firms. An ex-consulting background would be a bonus.
