We are seeking an experienced Interim Marketing Director to lead and execute high-impact growth initiatives for a fast‑scaling fintech business. This role requires a hands‑on leader with strong digital expertise and a proven track record of driving customer acquisition within regulated consumer environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own and deliver the full marketing strategy across digital and traditional channels
• Lead performance‑driven growth and acquisition with clear commercial outcomes
• Strengthen and scale the consumer brand through data‑led insight and execution
• Enhance customer lifecycle and retention across key product lines
• Manage regulatory considerations across all marketing activities
• Collaborate closely with Product, Commercial, and Compliance teams to accelerate go‑to‑market delivery

Experience Profile:

• Recently held senior marketing leadership roles within fintech, broader financial services and consumer platforms
• Strong consumer brand and B2C marketing background
• Deep knowledge of digital channels, including paid, CRM, lifecycle, content, and social
• Proven success driving measurable growth in regulated markets
• Comfortable operating in fast‑paced, high‑change environments
• Immediately available for day‑rate engagement
