Our client is a PE-backed, established fintech bank. The requirement is for a complete reward strategy to be built, with a focus on LTIP/equity and cash bonus structures. The assignment is initially for 12 weeks, on a day rate, outside of IR35, and can be conducted remotely with an immediate start.
