As a Finance Business Partner, you will play a pivotal role in providing financial insight, analysis and strategic guidance to support business decision-making across the organisation. Working closely with key stakeholders, you will translate complex financial data into actionable recommendations that drive business performance and operational efficiency.
In this role, you will serve as the financial business partner to the COO and CTO, helping them understand their financial position, identify opportunities for improvement, and develop strategies to achieve their objectives. With one direct report, you will also have the opportunity to develop and mentor finance talent.
You will have the opportunity to support strategic projects, including acquisitions, financial modelling, and business planning activities. This role offers exposure and visibility at senior leadership level across technology and operations.
You will play a key role in shaping and evaluating investment in digital platforms, technology, systems and transformation initiatives, ensuring value, transparency and strong financial governance. The role focuses on financial decision support, rather than technical delivery.
