Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Ethics & Compliance Officer to support the organization’s compliance program, with a strong focus on concerns management. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of regulatory frameworks, risk management, and corporate ethics, and will play a key role in promoting a culture of compliance across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Concerns Management & Investigations
    • Manage the day-to-day implementation of the concerns management process, including:
    • Recording concerns
    • Managing triage, response, and remediation
    • Partnering with Ethics & Compliance (E&C), Legal, and business stakeholders
    • Maintain the concerns register
    • Assist with investigations, resolutions, and remediation activities as required
  • Compliance Program Support:
    • Support the implementation of ethics and compliance policies, procedures, and programs
    • Conduct compliance risk assessments and assist in developing mitigation strategies
    • Assist in preparing compliance reports and metrics, leveraging technology to provide accurate data and insights
    • Support the delivery of ethics and compliance training programs across the organization
    • Assist with internal communications on E&C matters and maintain compliance-related intranet content
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
    • Partner with Ethics & Compliance and Legal teams on a range of compliance-related matters
    • Contribute to initiatives that strengthen governance, risk management, and organizational compliance culture

Preferred Skills & Experience:

  • Experience in ethics & compliance or legal concerns investigations and/or case management
  • Familiarity with compliance management systems and audit tools
  • Experience developing or delivering compliance training programs
  • Experience supporting compliance with E&C risk policies, procedures, and frameworks

Qualifications:

  • Professional compliance certifications (e.g., CCEP) and/or relevant qualifications in law, accounting, auditing, or business are advantageous
