Qualifications:- Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent professional experience
- 2+ years of experience in onboarding, recruiting coordination, HR operations, customer service, or administrative support
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Experience handling sensitive and confidential information
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, HRIS, ATS, or onboarding platforms
- Strong interpersonal and client relationship management skills
- Experience supporting high-volume onboarding or recruiting environments
- Familiarity with compliance documentation and employment verification processes
- Experience working with external clients or within an embedded/RPO environment is a plus
Seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Onboarding Specialist to support the successful onboarding of new hires and client programs. This role will focus heavily on data collection, operational coordination, compliance tracking, and providing a positive client-facing experience throughout the onboarding process.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate end-to-end onboarding activities for new hires, contractors, or client programs
- Collect, review, and track onboarding documentation
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of employee and client data
- Support onboarding operations by managing workflows, scheduling, and process coordination
- Partner with HR, recruiting, payroll, IT, and operations teams to ensure a seamless onboarding experience
