ZPos provides eCommerce websites, EPoS systems, marketing, software, telecoms and financial services for restaurants, takeaways and other industries across the UK. We are looking for a commercially minded and results-driven SEO Specialist to take the lead in growing our search optimisation service across ZPos and our sister brands. This opportunity has arisen through the success of business and the growing demand for our services. You will be our first dedicated SEO professional, helping to build and shape the service as we continue to launch new products and expand into new markets. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives on turning data into growth, enjoys finding creative ways to outperform competitors, and can confidently explain SEO to clients. Working within a marketing team of five and reporting to the Marketing Manager, you will collaborate closely with our in-house web developers and wider digital team to deliver measurable, high-impact results. This is a full-time role based at our Swindon head office in South Marston.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage SEO strategies for multiple client accounts
  • Refine and scale the SEO service offering, including internal processes and deliverables
  • Conduct audits, keyword research, competitor analysis and backlink strategies
  • Monitor and report on performance using SEMrush and similar tools
  • Work closely with developers to ensure technical SEO changes are implemented
  • Align SEO activity with wider marketing campaigns across social, PPC and email
  • Provide clients with clear explanations, updates and recommendations
  • Apply basic HTML skills for small content edits

What We're Looking For

  • 2-4 years of hands-on SEO experience, ideally in an agency or multi-brand environment
  • Strong understanding of on-page, off-page and technical SEO including schema
