About Us: ShipperHQ is a trusted leader in the e-commerce shipping space, with over 15 years of experience helping merchants deliver better checkout experiences. Founded in 2009, we power shipping logic and checkout optimization for thousands of brands, from DTC disruptors to enterprise retailers, in 150+ countries. Headquartered in Austin, Texas with a global team, we’re a fast-moving, product‑led company shaping the future of e‑commerce logistics.

What You’ll Do: In this UK based hybrid role, you’ll drive growth through strategic partnerships and direct sales, turning relationships with agencies, platforms, and technology partners into revenue while acquiring and expanding customer accounts. You’ll collaborate cross‑functionally to ensure partner and customer success and position ShipperHQ as a leading e‑commerce solution.

Your Impact:

  • Grow revenue through strategic partnerships with agencies, e‑commerce platforms, and technology partners.
  • Identify and close co‑selling, referral, and go‑to‑market opportunities across partner and direct sales channels.
  • Own sales conversations, demos, and negotiations across SMB and Enterprise pipelines.
  • Manage the full sales funnel and continuously improve processes to drive efficiency and conversion.
  • Build strong customer relationships to maximize value, drive retention, and uncover upsell and cross‑sell opportunities.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Support, and CS on joint initiatives, partner enablement, and customer success.
  • Represent ShipperHQ at industry events, webinars, and community initiatives.
  • Track partner and customer performance in CRM tools, sharing insights that inform strategy and growth.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 0 - 2 years of experience in SaaS sales, partnerships, customer success, account management, or business development.
  • Experience working with agencies, technology partners, or platform ecosystems is a strong advantage.
  • Strong understanding of the e‑commerce landscape, including platforms, integrations, and merchant needs.
  • Revenue‑driven and accountable: motivated by outcomes, owns targets, and delivers measurable impact.
  • Proven ability to manage a sales pipeline and close new business while growing existing accounts.
  • Excellent relationship‑building, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Comfortable working cross‑functionally and managing multiple priorities in a fast‑paced startup environment.
  • Proficient with CRM and sales enablement tools.
  • Able to quickly learn and communicate technical product details and value propositions.
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively use AI tools (including prompt‑based workflows) for research and analysis, paired with strong critical thinking and quality control to avoid low‑quality outputs.
  • Problem‑solving mindset with a data‑driven approach to identifying trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.

Why ShipperHQ? This is a fast‑paced environment, where no two days will look alike. For the right candidate, with the right attitude, there are fantastic opportunities for career progression. We are an agile team that likes to roll up our sleeves and solve some of the biggest issues in shipping. Benefits and Perks:

  • Collaborate with a motivated team, directly tying your results to organizational success.
  • 22 Days Annual Leave.
  • This is a full‑time remote working role in the UK.
  • Working hours are Mon‑Fri, 9:30 am‑6:00 pm with a 1‑hour break for lunch.
  • Compensation is based on experience.
