Interested applicants may apply as a Zouk Club Team (Part-Time) in the following Departments. Staff meal and uniform will be provided, part timers are also entitled to Food & Beverage discounts in the outlets. We welcome applicants with no prior experience as on-the-job training will be provided.
- Service Crew / Bartender
- Takes and/or processes orders for drinks; mixes, garnishes and presents drinks using standard ingredient recipes; practices prudent portion control.
- Sets up assigned bars; requisitions and stocks all beer, wine, spirits, paper products, straws and stirrers, condiments and glassware.
- Receives cash from guests, makes change, verifies validity of charges, records charges and ensures vouchers are properly executed.
- Performs general cleaning tasks to adhere to health and safety standards.
- Security
- Conduct security and bag checks on patrons.
- Ensure the premises are secure and watch out for fire or any safety hazards.
- Protect and safeguard premises, assets.
- Provide customer service to all guests.
Candidate will be required to own PLRD license.
