About the Role~
As our UK Senior HR Business Partner, you have a great opportunity to further develop the UK people and culture offering, leading your own team, working within a wider global HR team and actively partnering global leaders/people managers whilst becoming a pivotal member of the EMEA team shaping and delivering people strategies aligned to our ambitious growth plans.
We embrace hybrid and flexible working; your visibility, however is critical to us, surfacing areas of improvement, sustaining things we do well as we evolve, driving momentum and delivery whilst of course, building and sustaining relationships, influencing, fostering collaboration, engagement and driving momentum and delivery, therefore we hope to see you 4-5 time a week in our Croydon facility where you will lead a small HR team and all be central to realising our employer or choice aims.
We are seeking a commercial, strategic thinker with proven operational delivery. A completer finisher with a positive and results-oriented mindset. The ability to influence, make change happen, coach and develop your own team plus leaders and people managers alongside offering tempered challenge is essential.
Role Responsibilities~

  • Partner the Chief People Officer and a range of key stakeholders to deliver the people and culture strategy and business goals.
  • Lead, coach and develop your team providing clarity and connectedness.
  • Ensure alignment with wider HR teams across international locations.
  • Pro-active and progressive UK HR representation.
  • Provide expert guidance across all the whole HR life cycle - organisational design, talent and succession planning, employee relations and performance management
  • Lead and contribute to key HR projects, particularly around change management, cultural and engagement.
  • Leverage HR data and analytics to inform decision-making and measure outcomes.
  • Coach and develop people managers to build high performing teams and organisational resilience, capability and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition Manager on strategic workforce planning , attraction and selection.
What you\'ll need~
  • CIPD qualification or equivalent experience
  • Proven experience as a strategic HR partner/leader, ideally in a manufacturing or engineering setting
  • Strong commercial awareness and confidence working with senior leaders
  • Experience in complex employee relations and managing organisational change
  • Data literate with the ability to use HR systems and analytics to inform decision-making
  • Pragmatic, resilient and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
