Zotefoams plc is a world leader in cellular material technology, with facilities in Croydon, UK; Kentucky and Oklahoma, USA; Brzeg, Poland; and Jiangsu Province, China (T-FIT). We produce lightweight foams for a wide range of markets including sports and leisure, aviation, automotive, and healthcare. Zotefoams also owns and licenses patented technology and supplies advanced insulation systems. The Company is on a strong growth trajectory, with significant revenue and profitability increases in recent years and ambitious plans for the future.
About the Role
As a Production Operative, you’ll play a key role in manufacturing our industry-leading foam products. You’ll operate equipment and processes safely, efficiently and to the highest quality standards. Working as part of a close-knit team, you’ll help ensure our products meet technical specifications and are delivered on time to our global customers.
Role Responsibilities
- Operate production equipment safely and efficiently in line with company procedures
- Monitor product and equipment performance, taking corrective action where needed
- Conduct effective shift handovers and maintain accurate production records
- Report issues or unsafe practices promptly to the Line Manager
- Support continuous improvement and maintain high quality standards
- Maximise output and quality through teamwork and best practice
What you’ll need
- At least 1 year’s experience in a manufacturing or production environment
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- A proactive, organised and safety-focused approach
- Basic IT skills
