Base pay range

Zotefoams plc is a world leader in cellular material technology, headquartered in Croydon, UK, with additional manufacturing sites in Kentucky, USA and Brzeg, Poland, Oklahoma, USA (foam products manufacture and conversion) and Jiangsu Province, China (T-FIT).

We produce lightweight foams for various markets including sports and leisure, aviation, automotive and healthcare. Zotefoams also owns and licenses patented technology and sells advanced insulation systems

The Company is on a fast growth path, with strong revenue and profitability growth in recent years and ambitious growth plans for the near future.

About the Role~

We\’re looking for a Production Operative to join our team in Croydon. You\’ll be responsible for operating various equipment and processes safely and efficiently, ensuring that our products meet the highest standards.

Role Responsibilities~

  • Operate machinery and processes in a safe, timely and cost-effective manner
  • Monitor equipment and product quality, taking corrective action as required
  • Follow all operational policies, procedures and specifications
  • Conduct effective shift handovers
  • Maximise output and quality by applying best practice
  • Report issues or discrepancies to the Line Manager
  • Maintain accurate records
  • Carry out additional duties as reasonably required

What you\’ll need~

  • NVQ Level 2 in a relevant technical discipline
  • GCSEs in English and maths
  • Basic IT skills
  • A clear understanding of OHSE requirements in manufacturing
