As part of our exciting growth journey, we’re looking for an experienced EMEA Planning Manager to lead our Planning function and help shape the next stage of Zotefoams’ success.
This is a permanent position with strong potential to evolve and grow for the right, ambitious candidate — offering a genuine opportunity to develop and progress within a global business.
The Role
You’ll lead the EMEA Planning team, ensuring manufacturing and inventory plans deliver on‑time, in‑full performance to our customers while optimising efficiency and cost. You’ll be central to how we run and evolve our planning processes — balancing strategic oversight with hands‑on leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate, and develop the EMEA Planning team, setting clear priorities and driving performance.
- Manage and optimise inventory levels across raw materials, WIP, and finished goods.
- Take ownership of the supply plan for our high‑value Zotek product range, including third‑party suppliers.
- Enhance planning capability through improved systems, processes, and data insights.
- Lead the supply step of Zotefoams’ global S&OP process.
- Build strong relationships with Operations, Commercial, Logistics, and Finance teams.
- Champion the effective use and development of our ERP system.
About You
You’ll be a proactive, commercially aware Planning Manager who enjoys solving complex problems, improving systems, and building strong cross‑functional relationships.
What you’ll bring
- 5+ years’ experience in planning management within manufacturing.
- Proven leadership and team development experience.
- Strong ERP and S&OP expertise.
- A track record of driving continuous improvement within supply chain or planning.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills.
