About the Role: We’re looking for a talented Account Manager to join our commercial team and drive sales growth across selected accounts and territories within EMEA. This is a high-impact role where you’ll build long-term customer relationships, identify new opportunities and support market development for some of our most innovative materials.
Role Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow a portfolio of accounts across the EMEA region.
- Build strong relationships with customers, providing technical and commercial support.
- Identify and convert new business opportunities in target markets and sectors.
- Support customers through product development and launch phases.
- Contribute to regional sales planning, forecasting and growth strategy.
What you’ll need:
- Degree-level education or equivalent professional experience.
- Proven B2B sales experience, ideally in a technical, manufacturing or engineering environment.
- Strong commercial awareness and understanding of channel marketing.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a results-driven mindset.
- Willingness to travel (up to 50% across EMEA).
- Ability to speak another European language, such as German or Italian, would be beneficial.
