The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 £ per year.
Enhance and develop existing relationships with customers and implement a strategy for short and long-term opportunities for business growth. Identify target markets and acquire a thorough understanding of the sectors needs and requirements. Engage closely with customers and qualify the suitability to ensure that their needs and our capabilities are aligned.
Main duties and responsibilities
Includes but not limited to:
- Identify and win new business
- Qualify opportunities for future sales and growth
- Pro-active sales prospecting
- Key account management/onboarding new customers
- Expand relationships with existing customers to realise the full potential that is available
- Work closely with the Estimating and Production teams to ensure competitive quotes are submitted in a timely manner
- Ensure all enquiries are responded to promptly
- Follow up on new sales enquiries
- Assist and co-ordinate collaboration between all three divisions within the group with regards to all business development opportunities
- Develop and maintain relationships with key internal stakeholders within all 3 divisions
- Keep Key stakeholders fully up to date on current and future prospects and ongoing projects
- Manage and maintain accurate opportunity tracking data and quarterly forecast, ensuring the company’s CRM system is up to date and accurate
- Manage monthly/Quarterly Sales KPIs
Qualifications
- Degree qualified (Preferred but not essential)

- Fully computer literate with mainstream software packages
- Full UK Driver’s license
Experience
- Experience within the Electronic Industry: 5-years min. (preferably PCBA)
- Demonstrate consistent and strong sales track record across a period of at least 3 years.
- Proven track record of developing existing customers and bringing on new customers.
- Experience within Contract Electronic Manufacturing
- Customer Account management
- A proven track record in the following sectors will be advantageous.
Medical device, Aerospace, Military & Defence, Life Science, Space, Automotive, Telecommunication, Oil & Gas, Renewable Energy, Maritime, Industrial Equipment, Networking & Communications.
